The Cost of Complaining

Philippians 2:3 -- "Let nothing be done through strife and vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves".

One of the greatest areas of needed growth in most Christian lives is the area of encouraging others.  Although many believe that they are gifted in this area; many are no more than critical spirits wrapped up in a smile.  Many believe it is of far greater value to help others improve through critical analysis than to encourage them by thanking them for doing a job well done.
